Terms of Service

Welcome to DesignXcode. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

DesignXcode provides design, UI/UX, product interface, pitch deck design, and related creative consulting services, offered on a project, sprint, or subscription basis.

All prices are in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.

One-Time or Project-Based Services: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 50% of the total project fee is due upfront before any work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion, prior to delivery of final assets.
All invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Work will not commence, or final deliverables will not be released, until the required payment has been received.
As a micro-entreprise in France, we do not charge VAT (“TVA non applicable, art. 293B du CGI”).

All deliverables remain DesignXcode’s property until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the work for your business purposes.
We may showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.

You agree to provide timely feedback, accurate content, and necessary materials for project completion. Delays in communication may extend delivery timelines.

For project or sprint work: Cancellations after work has started are non-refundable.
For subscription services: You may cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal. No refunds for partial months.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajaccio, France, except where mandatory law in the client’s country provides otherwise.
